Badar Khushnood spent two decades building Pakistan's digital economy. As the first in-market representative for Google, Facebook, and Twitter in Pakistan, he helped grow their local ecosystems and built the commercial and community infrastructure that made digital business viable in the country. He co-founded Bramerz, an award-winning AI-augmented digital marketing agency; Fishry, a B2C e-commerce platform empowering SME brands; and Publishrr, the digital backbone powering dozens of news media companies across Pakistan. As the private sector lead, he authored Pakistan's first national e-commerce policy and served as Chairman of P@SHA, the country's apex IT industry body. He also hosted and convened the 1st-ever APICTA Awards, known as the Oscars of the IT industry, in Pakistan in 2022.
That operating history distinguishes his perspective today. At LUMS, he serves as Executive-in-Residence (EIR) for the Masters in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship (MS-TME) program and co-directs AI for the Boardroom (AIBR) at LUMS REDC for c-suite leadership. He helps business leaders move from AI curiosity to AI fluency.
Badar's work sits at the intersection of policy, strategy, venture building, and senior leadership advisory.
