About the Speaker:
Mr. Ales-Barnicoat is the Chief Human Resources Office (CHRO) at i2c., and works out of the California office in USA. As the CHRO, He is responsible for the development and execution of the company's global human resources strategy in support of the overall business and strategic direction.
Mr. Ales Barnicoat is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 25 years of experience in human capital management, learning & development, talent acquisition, change management and organisational design. He has led Talent Acquisition and Human Resources in E-commerce, IOT ( Internet of Things), Entertainment, SaaS (Software as a Service) and Healthcare Analytics. Mr. Ales Barnicoar brings vast experience in start-up to mid-market companies building global scale and in large multi-national organisations such as GE, Motorola, Pixar Animation studios and Johnson & Johnson etc.
